We want you to love what you wear. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right.

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Because every piece is made to order (print-on-demand), we can only accept returns for items that are damaged, misprinted, or wrong — not for change of mind. Please check our size guide before ordering.

How to start: email hello@provadabala.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and, for damaged/defective items, a photo. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Refunds: once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
